The congregation seem delighted to have a warm church and we were very pleased with the high level of expertise and professionalism of the staff that carried out the work.
We will be very happy to recommend your company to other churches and in fact I have already passed on your name to another church in Aberdeen who requested information.

Dear Mr Dunphy
My main purpose in writing today is to express our thanks to those of your staff who have been so co-operative and helpful in enabling us to prepare the Church for last night. We really do appreciate their help in the tidying up that was necessary to make the place workable and safe for us.
I realise that this is not the only example of their co-operation as many of them were also very helpful last Friday as we prepared the Hall for a funeral, and the family in particular, appreciated that they were able to park outside the Hall with the street cleared of contractors' vehicles.
With sincere thanks and best wishes

I would have no problems in commending yourselves to other clergy.

St Andrews Church, Blackhall
Dear Mr Dunphy,
I inspected the new heating installation last month and was pleased to see all was completed and neatly installed to your usual high standard.
Whilst I have not yet felt the warmth, I understand the installation has been tested and the Rector and Churchwardens are delighted with the work.
The only outstanding matter is the instruction on the workings and settings of the controls, please will you make arrangements with Rev.George Liddle.
Yours faithfully

To Christopher and Mike
Well, at long last we have had a cold spell to test the new heating system out in our church. By the time Transco sorted out the mess they mad with the incorrect supply of a domestic meter unit, it was spring and the heating was not really a problem.
However, we can now report that everything is working fine and members of the congregation are continuously expressing how lovely it is to walk into a warm church. The Rector has observed that there are no longer any drafts and the candles burn without flickering, whilst others have mentioned the fact there are no cold spots anywhere, just a pleasant overal warmth.
The installation work is excellent and unobtrusive. During the installation, your team were clean, sympathetic and highly professional.
On behalf of the PCC., the Rector and Greta and myself (wardens), we would like to express our sincere thanks for bringing our 800 year old church into the 21st century and by removing the old floor pipes, giving us the freedom to re assess the way we can fulfill the requirements of the congregation.
Please feel free to use this communication as a recommendation to prospective clients and we would be more than happy to show anyone round ahould they wish to pay us a visit.
Again, many thanks and may you all have a happy and blessed Christmas and New Year.

Dear Chris,
I recently carried out a Quinquennial Inspection at the Church whilst your crew were completing the heating installation and I would to just write and say thank you to them for giving me access to some of the Church and indeed their very careful and caring efforts in making the installation of the heating go so smoothly.
The P.C.C. were very concerned about the possibility of disturbance in the Church and they have been so delighted with the efforts of your crew to accommodate the works and keep the Church neat and tidy.
Kind regards and best wishes.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Dunphy
On behalf of the PCC we wish to thank you and each member of your team for completing the installation of our new heating system in such a professional and thoughtful manner. Although not yet complete, it has already been warmly welcomed by the congregation. At a recent funeral one man was seen to take off his jacket in mid December!
The team have carried out a very neat job and expedited it in a very caring, tidy and considerate fashion.
We wish you all a happy and prosperous 2004.
Yours sincerely

I am sure you will have received similar sentiments from the Church Wardens, but I would also like to say how much we have appreciated the excellent way this (the work) was done.
My wife and I housed the team while they stayed in Marcham and we saw at first hand what a good bunch they were and the professional way they treated the job.
With many thanks
yours sincerely
